Why I Care

I believe therapy should be more than symptom management. It should help you understand your story, recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, and move toward the person you want to become. My approach creates a space for honest conversation about your struggles, relationships, fears, and goals. Together, we explore the wounds, beliefs, and survival patterns that may have once protected you but now limit your growth and connection. At the same time, therapy is also about building resilience, confidence, meaning, and a more intentional life through awareness, courage, accountability, and lasting change. I am also deeply passionate about researching psychedelics and their potential in mental health.

Together, we’ll strengthen confidence, emotional regulation, communication, resilience, and self-efficacy. I integrate various modalities to help with nervous system regulation and help clients improve self-talk, presence, and emotional steadiness under stress. People are often far more resilient and capable than they realize.

I work well with individuals, couples, veterans, first responders, professionals, and leaders navigating anxiety, anger, identity, intimacy, self-worth, and relationship struggles. As a veteran and business owner, I understand the pressure, responsibility, and emotional weight that service and leadership carry. I will support you, and I will challenge you.
